All personal information that you provide to us is processed through a secure server and removed from the server immediately after the order is processed. We will not share or supply any of your personal information with or to any third party. After we have processed your order, We will not keep your credit or debit card information on any computerized system.

Delivery Company

Next day delivery  is the responsibility of APC Overnight https://apc-overninght.com. Track your order by using your consignment number (000xxxx) https://apc-overnight.com/receiving-a-parcel/tracking. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available when the delivery arrives. If the delivery is not accepted and the products are damaged due to this delay The Thai Food Store is not responsible for any damages or claims.

General Conditions 

Every care is taken when packing your order and all items are protected when shipped from The Thai Food Store. All items leave the premises in good order. When ordering fresh or frozen goods  we unfortunately cannot guarantee the quality of these on delivery. If your delivery contains damaged goods please send email with details of the damage and include photographs (email: thethaifoodstore@hotmail.com). 

You are entitled to cancel your order at any time before your order has been dispatched. Cancellation fee is £5.00

If your order has been dispatched then it is too late to cancel.
